Yes, we offer express shipping for select locations at an additional cost. The option will be available during checkout if applicable.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Certain products, such as perishable items or customized goods, may not be eligible for returns.
To start a return:

- Select the item you wish to return and click on “Return/Replace.”
- Follow the instructions and choose your preferred return method.
If the return is due to a defect or wrong product delivered, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible products. Please select the “Exchange” option when initiating your return request.
Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is inspected and approved. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 7-10 business days.
